The Board of Investments (BOI) of the Philippines has approved the application for the registration of Agro Azienda Inc. for its P195.5 million new broiler chicken production in Maragondon, Cavite. Listed under the “Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry” of the 2020 Investment Priorities Plan (IPP), the transitional Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP) of the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises” (CREATE) Act, the broiler chicken project is qualified for registration. Cobb-Vantress appoints new president

Cobb-Vantress Inc., a subsidiary of Tyson Foods Inc., a broiler breeding company announced the hiring of Joyce Lee as its next president. She will succeed Stan Reid, who has served as interim president since 2020, and will continue to serve in a supporting role. Her background includes working in the poultry industry years ago, Lee most recently worked in numerous executive roles in the animal health sector.
