The jury, comprising experts from the Institute’s Advisory Council, will select the winner in July.

Mar Fernández, director of the Institute, highlights the growing interest in exploring eggs’ role in nutrition, health, and circular economy initiatives, emphasizing the potential value of egg waste and by-products in various sectors.”
The €12,000 award is open to individuals or teams undertaking or recently completing egg-related research projects. Application deadline: June 15, 2024. Rules available on the Institute’s website.
