Nutreco have been awarded the prestigious 2024 Gold Globee® in the category of “Achievement in Employee Involvement and Empowerment.” This esteemed recognition highlights the significant impact and engagement of their Operational Excellence training programs, as well as their remarkable improvements driven by Nutreco’s dedicated colleagues across all Business Units.
In 2024 alone, 265 colleagues participated in the training programs, bringing the total number of attendees to 375 since their inception. Building on the foundation of prior years, Nutreco’s Operational Excellence team enriched the 2024 sessions by incorporating real-life case studies, blending traditional bootcamp-style learning with practical on-site applications. Participants visited plants to collaborate with colleagues, applying improvement tools and techniques to address real-world business challenges effectively.
This year’s bootcamps spanned over a dozen countries, including Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Ecuador, Kenya, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Spain, Uganda, the UK, the U.S., and Vietnam. Reflecting a truly cross-functional approach, the sessions brought together professionals from Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
