The choice to combine nicarbazin and monensin is based on the fact that nicarbazin is a strong synthetic compound used for the control of coccidiosis. Royal DSM, a global science-based company in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, announces that it has reached agreement to acquire Erber Group for an enterprise value of €980m. The value of the transaction represents an EV/EBITDA multiple of about 14x the 2020 EBITDA (fiscal year ending September 2020).
