Brazilian Egg exports grow 69.5% in 2024

According to surveys conducted by the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), Brazilian egg exports, encompassing various products both fresh and processed, amounted to 1,604 thousand tons in February. This figure marks a 53.3% increase from the same period last year, which saw exports of 1,046 thousand tons. In terms of revenue, there was a modest uptick of 0.9%, with earnings totaling US$3,034 million in February 2024, compared to US$2,998 million in February 2023.
