Egg Turning During Incubation – Do you know how to check the turning angle in incubators?

Review By: Mohamed Mostafa El-Ashram Four independent factors combine to play a major part in the incubation process for optimal chick quality and quantity. Incubator manufactories have designed their machines to best utilize these four factors to provide the most stable environment to surround the embryos within egg mass for the entire incubation period. Only the perfect harmony of the temperature, humidification, ventilation, and turning systems can control the gaseous exchange and heat/cool transfer necessary for maximum environmental…

BASF introduces an innovative feed enzyme to unlock valuable nutrients

The new mannanase Natupulse® TS improves nutrient digestion and makes feed more cost-effective and sustainable Additional positive effect in combination with Natuphos® E and Natugrain® TS BASF has launched the new enzyme product Natupulse® TS for animal feed. Natupulse® TS is a non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzyme. As an endo-1,4-ß-D-mannanase, it hydrolyzes ß-mannans into smaller components, e.g. manno-oligosaccharides (MOS). The addition of ß-mannanase to the feed decreases digesta viscosity, increases the digestibility of the feed, and ensures a more sustainable production.   A significant amount of nutrients in poultry diets of up to 30% remains undigested.…
